Consumer guarantees
Services supplied to consumers in Australia come with automatic statutory guarantees that they will be provided with acceptable care and skill, be fit for any stated purpose, and match their description. These guarantees exist alongside any voluntary warranty we publish.
If something goes wrong
For a minor failure, we may choose to repair or re-perform the service within a reasonable time. If that is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund as set out in the ACL.
For a major failure as defined in the ACL, you may have rights to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund or compensation for the drop in value below the price paid.
Repairs, replacements, refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains practical steps, cooling-off where applicable, and how to lodge a request. Nothing in that policy excludes or restricts your ACL rights.
Where to complain
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state or territory fair trading or consumer affairs agency. Links change over time; search “ACCC consumer rights” or your local fair trading office.
Pricing and advertising
We quote fees in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. If we advertise a price, we include GST where we are registered or required to display it. For Google Ads moderation, we avoid misleading claims, hidden fees, and bait advertising.
